What is TACERA?The Texas Association of County Engineers and Road Administrators is a professional organization which was chartered in 1987 to provide technical and professional interchange. Membership is open to all county road engineers, administrators and their staff. TACERA is the state affiliate of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). TACERA partners with TxLTAP (Texas Local Technical Assistance Program) to provide continuing education credits for professional engineers and county commissioners. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND HOTEL INFORMATION
To register for the 2026 TACERA Conference and pay with a credit card online, please go to the TACERA Website (www.tacera1.org) Events page and complete the online process. To register for the Conference and pay by check, please print and complete the attached form and then mail to the TACERA Office.
TACERA will have Two Conference Hotels this Year! The Hilton Waco and the Courtyard Waco will host the TACERA Conference Attendees. Both Hotels will offer FREE BREAKFAST to our Attendees.
The Hotel information is listed on the bottom of the Registration Form.
There will be no REFUNDS given after Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5pm CST.
After this date, you may substitute for someone that cannot attend.

CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION
To be a Conference Sponsor and pay with a credit card online, please go to the TACERA Website (www.tacera1.org) Events page and complete the online process. To be a Conference Sponsor and pay by check, please print and complete the attached form and then mail to the TACERA Office. There will be only one Conference Sponsor (SOLD), Lanyard Sponsor (SOLD) and Trophy Sponsor, so contact TACERA as soon as possible! The deadline for Conference Sponsorships is Friday, September 25, 2026 at 5pm (CST).

VENDOR HALL (Exhibit Booth) REGISTRATION
The Vendor Hall (Exhibit Booth) Registration will be handled by County Progress Magazine again this year. Please go to their website (www.countyprogress.com) and click on the Conference button at the top of the page, then scroll down to bottom of page and look for the 2026 TACERA Conference. We have over 100 booths available this year, but do not delay! Reservations will be on a first come first served basis.
