What is TACERA?The Texas Association of County Engineers and Road Administrators is a professional organization which was chartered in 1987 to provide technical and professional interchange. Membership is open to all county road engineers, administrators and their staff. TACERA is the state affiliate of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). TACERA partners with TxLTAP (Texas Local Technical Assistance Program) to provide continuing education credits for professional engineers and county commissioners. CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION
To be a Conference Sponsor and pay with a credit card online, please go to the Events page and complete the online process. To be a Conference Sponsor and pay by check, please print and complete the attached form and then mail to TACERA. There will be only one Conference Sponsor and only one Lanyard Sponsor, so contact TACERA as soon as possible! The deadline for Conference Sponsorships is Wednesday, October 9, 2023 at 5pm (CST).

VENDOR HALL REGISTRATION
The Vendor Hall Registration will be handled by County Progress Magazine again this year. Please go to their website (www.countyprogress.com) and click on the Conference button at the top of the page. We have 60 booths available this year, so do not delay! Reservations will be on a first come first served basis. For questions, please contact Becky Frost at 325-673-4822 (ext. 2122).
GOLF TOURNEY SPONSORSHIP & PLAYER REGISTRATION
The Golf Tourney will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024 at the Pebble Creek Country Club in College Station. Registration begins at 11:30am, followed by lunch and Shotgun Start at 1pm. To be a Golf Tourney Sponsor or Player, you MUST complete the attached form and email it to Tony Vasquez (avasquez@bexar.org). To be a Golf Tourney Sponsor or Player and pay with a credit card online, please go to the Events page and complete the online process. To be a Golf Tourney Sponsor or Player and pay by check, please print and complete the attached form and then mail to TACERA. There will be only be two Title Sponsors for the Tourney, so contact TACERA as soon as possible! The deadline for Golf Sponsorships is Tuesday, October 18, 2024 at 5pm (CST). For more details about the Golf Tourney, please read the attached Letter from Tourney Chairman Tony Vasquez.
